Our inspection services include residential home inspection, modular/mobile home inspection, and pest inspection.
The residential home inspection services includes a thorough and detailed report highlighting areas such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, foundation, basements/crawl spaces, safety concerns, interior/exterior structure, evidence of water damage, and mechanical reliability.
The pest inspection services identify damage and infestation from termites, carpenter ants, and rodents.
The manufactured home inspection is in accordance with the Manufactured Home Engineering Certification guidelines.

Pat is a 2005 graduate of the Home Inspectors Training Institute and was the owner of Home Sale Assist in Lansing, Michigan prior to moving to northern Michigan in 2018 and starting Homestead Inspection and Repair. Pat is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a certified minister, and founder of Chasin' God Ministries.
His wife, Christine, is the business office manager, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling for our clients. She is a certified minister and recently retired in 2016 from her physical therapy practice she owned in Lansing, Michigan.
They have 5 children, one daughter in law, and two fur babies.
